hx_lab (“we”, “us”) is a software lab based in London, UK. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this site and respond to enquiries. We never sell your data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. It only loads after you accept the cookie banner — decline and no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded at all. IP addresses are anonymised. Your choice is stored in a first-party hx-consent cookie so we don’t ask again; if you accept, Google sets its own _ga cookies.

Contact form

When you send a project enquiry we collect your name, email, project details and chosen project size. This is emailed to us via Resend (our email provider) solely so we can reply. We don’t add you to any mailing list.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser — the banner will reappear. To request access to or deletion of any enquiry you’ve sent us, just email [email protected].
